Event 10: No More Entries/Re-Entries

The late registration and re-entry period has ended, so that's that.

Adam Lippert has busted out and now that the re-entry period has ended, he can't re-enter.

Things should settle down now and starting with level 11, blinds only increase every 30 minutes.
