The second day of the this tournament brought out 830 entries, which combined with 462 (Day 1A), set the total at 1,292 entries and smashed the $100,000 guaranteed prize pool.

When play ended, William Hart (Martinsburg, WV) bagged the largest stack of either day with nearly 662k. He'll lead 199 players (161k avg.) into Thursday's Day 2 as the field competes for the $219,640 buy-in pool and the $46,870 top prize.*

Hart built a commanding chip lead when he flopped a set of 9s during the last level of the night to eliminate two players, include one player holding pocket aces. Hart's closest competitor will be Julio Estevez (Hackensack, NJ) who finished with 501k to lead all Day 1A players.
