Event 24: Thou Shall Not Rabbit Hunt

$170 +$30 NL (2 Re-Entry)

Jahson "Jaa Class" Spence Talk His Way Into A Win

Jahson "Jaa Class" Spence has been aggressive all day and is riding a stack around 140,000.

In this hand he bet 58,000 pre-flop, then 71,000 on a flop of:

3 10♣ 6♠

Spence then declares an all in, in the dark and the turn card 10 hit the table.

Jahson's opponent, Tovia Jakubowitz was now put to a difficult decision. He had 50,000 of his children in and only 20,000 behind.

Jahson - "What hand can you beat?"

Tovia - "I have two overs and a flush draw."

Jahson - "I'm ahead now. Just fold. Don't spike a heart and send me home like that."

Another player joked about calling a clock as this banter went on for quite a while.

Finally Tovia folds. He shows his cards K J and Spence shows Q Q♣ .

Then Tovia begs the dealer to rabbit hunt the last card. The table agrees and the 5 flips over.

Tovia would have hit the flush and looked physically ill.

A player not in the hand cried out, "That's why you never rabbit hunt that last card. Never."

Blinds: 1200 /2400 with 300 antes.

9 Tables remain.
