Still Going

Borgata Winter Poker Open Championship

Tournament Director Tab Duchateau (standing center)
Watches O'Grady, Suer & Latouch Play the Short Stacks

After 30+ minutes of hand-for-hand play (12 hands), there's yet to be one called all-in. There are several stacks that are less than 100k who are feeling the pinch as blinds are 4k/8k/500 ante.

Steve Ryan (New York, NY) says being on the bubble with 20 big blinds is "the worst."

Table 5 has three short stacks side-by-side. Shannon O'Grady (Fairfax, VA), Bobby Suer (and Tim Latouch (Devon, PA), who are all in the 60 to 80k range.

Also at their table is Allan Vrooman (Greenville, NC) and Mike Leah (Las Vegas, NV) who play a hand to the river. Vrooman bets 30k and says, "we shouldn't even be in this pot."

Leah reluctantly rolls his 6 blue chips into the middle, Vrooman tables trip 10s and Leah mucks.

Half the total time it takes break the bubble will be added back to the clock.
