Two Hands = Early Exit

$170 +$30 NL (2 Re-Entry)

Max-Value on Jacks

As the clock for Level 15 hits 0:00 and players scurry on break, one hand lingers on table 6 and it involves Derek Buonano (Tolland, CT) who began the day 5th in chips with more than 300k.

Two hands earlier Buonano lost 160k when his aces are cracked by Steven Tabb (Newton, MA) and pocket queens. Down to 150k Buonano jams all-in after Eric "Pools" Siegel (Melville, NY) is all-in for 24k and Max Gurevich (Staten Island, NY) flat calls.

The action is back to Gurevich who tanks for a minute, but makes the call.

Siegel: J♠ 10♠
Gurevich: J J
Buonano: A♣ K

The case jack flops and Gurevich takes out two players. Buonano sees his chip stack disintegrate in five minutes, while Gurevich is now at 440k.

Play resumes with Level 16 (1,500/3k/300 ante).
