Event 12: Two Million Chip Man

$170 + $30 Deep Stack Double Play NLH (2 Re-entry)

The two big stacks on table two were bound to get into a confrontation eventually.  It just happened on the turn with a board of T 3 2 T.  All the chips went in the pot.  Anthony Maio (Jamison, PA) held 54 and had flopped a flush with straight-flush re-draw.  Ryan Eriquezzo held pocket 9s (two pair) and was drawing thin (4 outs).

It helps to run good.  The river delivered the T, giving Ryan Tens-full of 9s to beat Anthony's flush.  The stacks were close and had to be counted down, but Ryan had more and in the end, collected the huge pot.  He's now sitting behind ~2 million and leading the field.

Anthony Maio headed for the payout desk.
