Michael Mizrachi
After Andy Lee (Ocean, NJ) opened, Michael 'the Grinder' Mizrachi shoved his last 11k from the big blind. Andy called, of course, since he held pocket Aces. Michael's pocket Queens were in bad shape. The board brought no help and Michael reported to the rail.
